Pho House Chappelle brings Vietnamese and Korean cooking together on one menu. Start with a bowl of Beef Steak & Brisket Pho, the spicy beef noodle soup Bun Bo Hue or Sate Beef Noodle Soup, or choose a vermicelli bowl such as the Special Combo with lemongrass chicken, BBQ pork and bulgogi beef. From the Korean side of the menu come bulgogi beef and chicken, dak-galbi and Korean fried chicken, and for something lighter there are green onion cakes, spring rolls, salad rolls and lemongrass chicken banh mi.
